The day after the wedding we went to the lake. Ahhh...
And then after that, I can't really tell you what we did in those last few days. I know we spent a lot of time with family, Mom & Bill, Daddy & Andrea, and the Haynes clan. We said our goodbyes. We cried. I cried. We ate our last tastes of the USA for a year. And got on the plane to go to Greece for some actual vacation!

Love the new terminal at the Birmingham Airport! A playground - genius. And if we'd been there at a decent hour, we'd have enjoyed some Jim N Nick's BBQ and/or Chick-Fil-A. Yum.
Our flight was delayed almost 3 hours! Blah.
Finally on the plane
We had the most hiccups on this leg of the flight. Maybe our own fault for taking Air Canada in the first place. (never again) But the Athens airport made up for it all with this amazing play area where we could just sit and let the kids play in an enclosed area - for free! - and wait for our bus to take us to the hotel.
And now for GREECE!
