A Perfect Day at the Pool

Saturday was a holiday here. So everyone was off work! (It's usually the 1st work day of the week. Our week runs Sat-Wed.) We took some of our pals to the pool with us. It was a perfect day! The water was clear and cool, the sun wasn't too intense! Thank you, Jesus!

Usually, Lucy only wants to be in the water for a little while. Then she's out and walking around on the pool deck for the remaining time. But this time, she wanted to be in the water almost the whole time! It was so fun! She's really at a fun age now! And she doesn't mind going under and getting all wet! 

She's very brave in the water! I only hope it continues! In our new city (we're moving in August to go to language school), we won't have access to a pool as much as we do now. Sad. 

This is at the American Club. It's the same pool we've been members of since we've lived here. It's so nice and it's covered. Can't beat it. And most of the time, we're the only people here! 

She did get out some to walk around and be her usual busy self. But then she'd walk right up to the side, wherever she was, and try to get in! Gave me and Brad some excellent exercise as we swam around the perimeter of the pool "on guard" waiting for her to jump!

I love this one! She's so sassy!

She certainly keeps us on our toes!
