I may just be more excited about this month than I've been about any month in a long, long time! Yes, Brad and I both turn 32 this month, and that's big, but... the really big thing is...
WE FINISH LANGUAGE SCHOOL ON JUNE 14!
I've been looking forward to this day for 2 long years. I'm so thankful that we've had this time for focused study of one of the most difficult languages in the world. But I'm also SO ready for it to be over! Studying the same thing, intensely for 4+ hours a day for two whole years is hard. I mean, think about college - even graduate school. At least you had different types of classes each day! And your immediate survival didn't depend on you going out and using the things you were learning!
We've technically got only 5 days of regular classes left (we'll be missing one day this week to go across the border, then next week, there's only 1 day of class, then 3 testing days, then a party day on the 14th)!
Brad and I were able to do our final speaking tests this past week so that hopefully they will be graded by the 14th. So now, we just wait to see how we did!
So, I'm happy. A-woo-hoo!
