Jordan Rocks, part 3

So, still in Aqaba. We spent one full day at the Coral Bay hotel swimming, snorkeling, and having a blast getting some sun. The last day there, we went to the Barracuda hotel and did much of the same, except that hotel had a water slide! Enjoy some pics!

About to get into the Red Sea with Evie and Lailie. It was COLD!

 Check out Lucy's crazy hair! And we promise, we are no longer as shockingly white as this!

Lucy's first dip in the Red Sea. The wind was crazy strong this day and we had to hold on tightly to the kiddos!

 Brad got some cool underwater shots of the fish. There's a coral reef that runs along the coastline, so in most places, you have to go out on a pier before you can get past the reef and into the water. 

 Lucy loved wearing Lailie's pink goggles. And she can say it perfectly!

 Car ride back to the apartment.

 Day 2 of swimming fun! Sweet Lailie.

 Lucy was super cold this day. (It was probably 95 outside!) The water was a bit chilly and the wind was strong, but cold? Crazy.

Sweet Sadie bug didn't get in the water on the 2nd day. If Lucy was cold, we knew Sadie would be! She's so sweet, just hanging out in her stroller and watching all the action!

 Lucy went down with me a few times and had a great time, but again, she was cold...

 We headed over to the public beach across from the hotel and pool. We were able to walk into the sea, but we had to wear our shoes because of the rocks. Me, Brad, and Evie had a great time!

 We decided that snorkeling in shallow water was harder work than in deeper water. You have to make sure you don't let the currents run you into the coral! Wendi kicked a bit of the coral the first day and got a nice little scratch from it! We had a great time! 

 Evie is an amazing snorkeler and swimmer!

 Wendi kept Lailie and Lucy on the beach. They had a great time playing in the rocks and sand.

 She passed out on the car ride home again.
