The last 10 days: Part 2

Here's some more pictures from the last 10 days:
THIS is a traditional "sweet" that we've been served. Our neighbor sends food up to us weekly. It's usually not something we enjoy. If you look closely, you can see that this "sweet" is made of spaghetti noodles all chopped up and then sugared with raisins and a few other things added. Yummy, right?
We woke up one day to an OVERCAST day! WOW! It was quite a change from the usually sunny days we have. Of course, the fog and coolness was gone by about 11am. It's usually in the high 50s or 60s when we wake up and gets up into the 70s by midday. Yesterday, around 5 pm, Brad was outside with Lucy and some of our friends enjoying Christmas afternoon and when I came out, he had his hands wrapped up in his shirt and said he was "chilly"...It was 73 outside! Can you say we're used to weather in the desert?
Here's Lucy in one of her new shirts from Babu. Precious! Don't you love her pigtails?
Brad and Lucy went out to the desert on Christmas eve with some friends while me and another mom stayed home to prepare our Christmas eve dinner. Aren't the cute?
This is Lucy and her friend Micah playing with their presents from "each other." Lucy got her first dress-up dress - that I think I was the most excited about! And she gave Micah a t-ball set. They both loved "hitting" the ball.
See the back on the cute dress-up dress... it has wings! Precious! And just like her mommy, she's enjoying the Claymation Christmas show. I watched this with my cousin Josh when I was little.
Here's our setup after "Santa" came. We got Lucy a kitchen!

Happy Christmas Eve!
