August Happenings - Part 1

There's been a lot of wrestling...

 And a trip to a neighboring country to visit some of our best friends and the family of some of our local friends. 

 These two... 

 Although this one might give her little sister a run for baby Wee-ul.

 I've known this little nugget since the day she was born! 

We had a great time visiting our friends and were refreshed by our time with them. Card games, laughter, grocery stores with the forbidden meat, and a super comfy guest room bed... Ahhh.... It was a great trip! 

On the flip side, we visited with some of the family of our closest local friends. Brad was able to share the Good News with two of the men, which is the reason we were there. And while it was great to make connections with this part of the extended family, I was a bit disappointed by the quality of the visits with the women. But, we're used to this and we press on. Obedience to our Father. 

And just to give you another glimpse into an Arab wedding back in our city...
