Randomness in America

1. I'm not sure if it's actually rained a ton (like we feel it has) or if it's just that we're so NOT used to rain that it just FEELS like it's rained a ton. [was that confusing???] We're enjoying the rain, for sure, but I tell ya - I miss me some sunshine!

2. Where does all the time go? School work, taking Lucy to activities, visiting family, visiting friends, going to Walmart, speaking engagements, doctor visits... I can't believe we've been here almost a month. Sheesh!

3. BABY KICKS! This baby is very active! We had a wonderful ultrasound last week and praise the Lord, everything looks wonderful! Big news is.... baby is measuring a week and a half ahead...meaning... it's HUGE! 92nd percentile on head circumference! OH MY. Let's continue to pray that baby comes early!

Mom took me maternity clothes shopping. I found these massive overalls and had to take a picture for Brad. He HATES overalls. These were as-is and would fit a 7ft tall woman!

 Brad and I took a trip down to our Alma Mater. It was fun, and totally odd. I've been out of college for 10 years! (These current kiddos were in elementary school when we were at UM!)

This past weekend, we went back up to TN. We spent some QT with Uncle Ryan & Aunt Rachel and their two precious ones, Alana and Colin. Precious! Watching UmieZoomie.

 Back on the farm! I got in on the ride this time!

Lucy made this dog at school last week. The name on it's tag is "Snickers." (For a refresher...)

Today, we went to a bridal shop to get Lucy measured for Aunt Emily's wedding. Lucy is going to be the most precious flower girl in 2 weeks! I'll take lots of pictures, I'm sure!

A few other things of note:

- I'm doing a Bible study at church on Nehemiah (Kelly Minter's study). It's wonderful!

- Lucy calls her teacher "Miss Dalinda" (Her name is Melinda. Cute)

- I'm not sleeping great these days. I'd appreciate your prayers.

- We are blessed by and overwhelmed at God's provision for us in every step of our journey! Seriously. 

- I watch Food Network and HGTV way too much!

- Do you have any idea just how much football is on TV these days? Sheesh!
