This morning we met Daddy and Andrea at the hotel to tell them bye before they left to drive back to AL. Afterwards, we went over to the Starbucks in the hotel and I had my first White Chocolate Peppermint Mocha. YUM! Lucy was feeling much better and had some color back in her cheeks. Praise the Lord!
Our pal Jen picked us up at Starbucks and we headed to the Louisville Zoo.

Our favorite part of the zoo was this amazing polar bear! He/She was SO active! (We'll say "he" for now) He was chasing this red ball around and kept getting up on the rock (middle of the picture) and jumping off into the water. It was amazing! And so fun to watch!
Then we went down the steps and could see the same bear from underwater!

There was a petting zoo that had goats. Lucy loved it.
This gorilla! Wow. He just laid there right by the glass. Just chilling.

This orangutan was right up at the glass, too!
Tomorrow morning, we fly out to VA for a week. We're excited to see some good friends and enjoy some more good weather!
